How to change or reset your macros.

To change your macros:

1. Tap on Menu.
2. Tap on Settings.
3. Locate Nutrition Settings.
4. Tap on Setup Nutrition Goals. 
5. Move the sliders to your desired macros levels. You can also tap on the macros number to change it manually.
6. When you are finished, tap on "Save Profile."

To reset your macros:

1. Tap on Menu.
2. Tap on Settings.
3. Locate Nutrition Settings.
4. Tap on Setup Nutrition Goals. 
5. Tap on the Reset button then the macros will reset automatically.
