When you tap on any food icon on the Grid, it will display the nutrition and macros information for one portion of food. To view the portion information and make adjustments:
- With the app open, tap on the Grid.
- Tap on any food to bring up the portion information.
- The pop-up will display the food's macros for one portion size (below).
- You can adjust the portion sizes by tapping on any of the buttons on the left.
- You can also use the up and down arrows to adjust the size as well.
- You can even switch the units of measurement by tapping on the word "units."
- You can also select the meal time above for how it will display on your Daily Logs.
- When you are ready to log your food, tap on the "eat" button (or "drink" if it's a beverage).
- Tap Eat to eat this food.
- The food will now appear as a food you ate on your Logs.
Whenever you log any foods, the macros and calories will be removed from your daily total (you'll notice your color macros bars on the Grid going down throughout the day).
