You can review the portion size for any foods on the Grid:
- Go to the Grid on the bottom of the screen.
- Tap on a food.
- The pop-up will display the food portion size and its macros.
- You can adjust the portion sizes on the left.
- You can switch the units by tapping on the Units button.
- You can increase/decrease the portion size with the arrows. You can also tap on that number to change it.
- You can even identify when you ate the food by selecting the appropriate meal time.
- Tap Eat to add the food to your Daily Logs.

I'm eating fewer than the suggested caliries but am gaining back my initial weight loss.
