You can log your foods on the Grid and review the foods you ate on the Logs.
Logging foods on the Grid:
- Tap on the Grid.
- Tap on any food to select it.
- The pop-up will display the food's macros. You can also change the portion size. Tap Eat to eat this food. You can review the foods you ate on the Logs.
- When you eat any food, your custom macros and calories will change as a result of the food you ate. As you eat more foods throughout the day, you will notice that the colors around some icons will change color. This is a warning to let you know that those foods will exceed your custom macros.
- When you scan barcodes, add custom foods, and meals, their icons will appear on the Grid. You can tap on them to eat them. *Most of the custom foods will appear under the "My Foods" category.
More features available on the Grid:
- You can tap on Scan Barcode to log foods with a UPC code.
- You can track your water by tapping on Water.
- You can quickly log carbs, fat, or protein by tapping on one of the Quick Add icons.
- You can scroll up and down on the Grid to see your various foods.
- You can filter the food type with the category (Favorites, Carbs, Protein, etc.)
- You can search for new foods using the Search Bar. Type in a food and then you can review the results to add one of these foods as a custom food icon.
- You can move forward to the next day by tapping on the Day.
- You can also switch the macros bars view from remaining macros to consumed macros.
To review the foods you ate for the day:
- Tap on Logs.
- You will see a list of foods you ate for the day.
- If you don't see any foods, you need to tap on the foods on the Grid to eat them.
- On the Logs, you can also add your weight, add a selfie, and add notes.
- You can also tap on the food to adjust the portion size.
- When you have finished logging foods for the day, you can tap on the right arrow to move to the next day.
