If the app shows you as being on Day 1 and you can't see your custom foods or previous data and PRO features, then you might need to verify that you are logged in.
To verify that you are logged in:
- Tap on Profile on the bottom of the screen.
- Near the top of the screen, go ahead and log in with the account you created in the app.
- Once you log back in, please allow your data to finish syncing over a stable internet connection before starting to use the app. *After logging in, your data and PRO features (if applicable) should return.
If you still can't access your account:
- Try using all of your available email accounts. If one doesn't work, try another.
- If you still can't login to your account after trying all of your email accounts, you can contact us at support@venninteractive.com and include a copy of your receipt email so that we can look up your account.
- *For Google Play purchases, please note that we need to look up your order number which starts with a "GPA." followed by several numbers and dashes.
