On the Grid, you'll see three color macros bars near the top of the screen. These bars reflect the percentage of the macros you set up when you created your nutrition profile.
As you eat food throughout the day, those bars will go down. When the macros bars approach zero, the outlines around the icons (on the Grid) will turn a certain color as a warning that eating a particular food will make you go over your custom macros limit for the day. *There will also be an exclamation point as a warning that the food will set you over your daily goal. The colors of the outlines around the icons match the colors on the bars above:
- red for carb macros
- purple for fat macros
- yellow/orange for protein macros
So, as you eat foods you can pay attention to making sure that the bars won't dip into a negative number, where you eat more than your daily macros goals. This should help you to stay within your daily macros goals.
