How to reset your password:
1) With the app open, head to Profile on the bottom of the screen.
2) Tap on Forgot Password.
3) A pop up will ask for your email address.
4) Input the email address you have used to set up the account.
5) A password reset instructions will be sent to your email.
After you submit the password reset request, an email should arrive up to 10 minutes later. If you haven't received the password reset email after that, sometimes email services will mistakenly put the password reset email into the Spam folder in your email box. If you still can't see your password reset email, check a few things:
- Check the Spam folder.
- Verify that you are using the correct email address. *If the password request is made with an email not associated with an account, then the reset password won't arrive.
