You can attach a label to your foods to identify when you ate your food (breakfast, lunch, etc).
To identify when you ate your meal on the Grid:
- Tap on the Grid.
- Tap on any food.
- At the top, you can choose between Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks.
- When you have adjusted your portion size and identified the meal time of eating, tap on "Eat."
To review and change when you ate your foods on the Daily Logs:
1. Tap on your Logs
2. Locate the food you would like to relocate.
3. Tap on the food icon (the image to the left of the food entry)
4. The pop-up to select new meal label appears.
5. Select your desired meal time and tap on "ok" then your meal time will now be updated.
